Description

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking an MWBE Certified firm to provide janitorial supplies as listed in the attached excel sheet. The contract term is one year and the procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A and 17-B of New York State Executive Law. The procurement is a discretionary authority under State Finance law 163 (3) and NYS Education Law 355 (5). The solicitation includes MWBE goals of 100% for both MBE and WBE, with no SDVOB or DBE goals.
