Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is seeking qualified respondents or teams of consultants to provide a broad range of professional services including planning, technical, financial, economic, transportation analysis; environmental, regulatory, and sustainability support; project management and coordination; grant and proposal development; technical studies and data analysis; stakeholder and public engagement; high-quality graphics, mapping, and visualizations; staff augmentation and in-office support; and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies. Services may be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis to support current and future planning and development initiatives. A mandatory pre-qualification teleconference is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
