It also includes replacing damaged electrical conduit and wiring beneath the excavated deck, along with additional conduit, conductors, CPVC piping, and chemical house conduit as required. The existing sand filters will be replaced with a new in-ground horizontal filtration system, and a new chemical house exhaust fan will be installed. Electrical upgrades include replacing and relocating the main panel and the pool pump motor disconnect. Additional work includes installing a new slide water supply line, repairing the telecom line, replacing pool deck drains, and completing required grounding and bonding of pool components. The project also replaces the pool fencing, underwater lights, bathhouse windowpanes, storage room door, and building gutters, along with repairing bathhouse tile and installing a new trench drain in the mechanical yard. A new exposed aggregate pool liner will be installed after all structural, gutter, and penetration repair work is complete.
