JSTO funded activities generate, process, and analyze massive amounts of diverse data related to chemical and biological defense research. The data complexity includes spectral, multi-omics, molecular dynamics, physiological, and epidemiological data, which currently exist across disconnected systems and multiple formats. This fragmentation limits JSTO's ability to leverage advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities for new development efforts.
