Description

The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver dictation and transcription software customized for the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Civilian Data Entry Unit. The software must capture voice dictations from multiple remote locations, securely store them centrally within OPP, and allow authorized access for transcription. Security of the information from source to storage is critical due to the sensitive nature of the data. The procurement includes training, maintenance, and support services.
