The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is soliciting proposals for CCS Survey Collection services to be provided from July 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The RFP invites community agencies, organizations, and interested parties, including new vendors and joint ventures, to participate. Existing agencies must reapply to be considered, and entities currently contracted to provide CCS services to Milwaukee County BHS are not eligible.
