Description

The City of Grapevine is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Settlers Park Phase 2 Project located on 22.9 acres of public land including a 6.2-acre lake. The project includes enhancements such as installation of concrete drive, parking spaces, concrete and soft surface trails, dry stack stone retaining walls, kayak launch and floating docks, fishing pier, primitive camp sites, pavilion structures, site furnishings, trail lighting, and site utilities. The project is funded in part by the Land and Water Conservation Fund and is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act, requiring materials to be produced in the United States unless waived. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest bid meeting specifications in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8.
