Description

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Boeing 737-8, 737-9, and 737-8200 airplanes due to incorrect installation of passenger seat assemblies in the seat tracks. The proposed AD requires a detailed inspection of the seat track fittings of each left and right side track-mounted passenger seat assembly for correct installation and applicable on-condition actions, including correct installation if necessary.
