This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The Contractor must comply and provide all necessary information to VA Clarksburg and BOVA Corp. Otherwise, delivery may be refused and require redelivery at no additional cost to the government. Requested Delivery Date Delivery of equipment is expected within 60 days ARO. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) If applicable, contractor shall provide three (3) copies of each SDS for every product, chemical, etc. SDS sheets shall be provided for any material on the same day those materials arrive on VA property. Delivery Coordination Delivery must be coordinated with Beth Bova (beth@bovacorp.com) of BOVA Corp, 111 McFann Rd, Valencia PA 16059, 724-898-0288. Delivery coordination should include the COR. Delivery will be made to BOVA Corp, 111 McFann Rd, Valencia PA 16059. A Logistics Representative shall be the only VA entity signing for freight received on this requirement. The VA-issued purchase order number must be included in the packing slip. All items shall be shipped and delivered to the site at the same time. If deliveries must be broken into several shipments, this must be coordinated in advance with the COR and Beth Bova. Failure to do so may result in failure to deliver and cause re-scheduling at no charge to the government.
