Description
The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services, is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide in-person training for Power Plant Facility Services staff located at Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI). The contract services may not exceed $50,000 in total. The Department does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum contract price during the term of the contract. An optional site visit is scheduled for August 5, 2026, to help bidders understand the power plant operations and tailor training content.
