The Minnesota Departments of Information Technology Services (MNIT) and Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) are procuring a Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) vendor to deliver a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) which replaces the child welfare components of the Social Services Information System (SSIS). The successful responder will design, configure, integrate, test, implement, and transition the solution to operations. The solution aims to reduce administrative burden, improve data quality, provide exchanges with partner systems, and respect Tribal sovereignty and local practice variation.
