Description

This RFP is seeking approximately 3,200 square feet of usable area, but DCAMM would consider space between 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of garage, office, and storage space in Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Needham, Newton, North Reading, Reading, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, Wilmington, or Woburn for a term of 10 years. The premises will house garage, office, and storage space for SRB - East Middlesex and Suffolk, which operates an integrated Mosquito Management Program to protect the public from nuisance and disease-carrying mosquitoes. The office is expected to receive less than one visitor per month. The bid is open with electronic quoting allowed, and the response deadline is September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
