Description

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is seeking to establish a list of qualified researcher evaluator consultants to conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research on an as-needed basis. Consultants may assist in collecting and analyzing primary and administrative data, conducting research, developing and evaluating pilot programs, and providing expertise in areas such as early education licensing, family access and engagement, program quality, workforce development, and system financing. They may also advise on data collection methods, research policy issues, evaluate program outcomes, conduct surveys, perform data analysis, and assist in writing grant proposals to support EEC's policies and programs.
