Description
A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 22, 2026, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Serendia, LLC of Los Angeles, California. The complaint alleges violations based on the importation, sale for importation, and sale within the United States after importation of certain dermatological treatment devices and components thereof due to infringement of specific U.S. patents. The investigation will determine if there is a violation of section 337 and whether an industry in the United States exists as required by law. The complainant requests the Commission to institute an investigation and issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
