Lee County, Florida is seeking qualified contractors to provide Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) services for stormwater infrastructure in North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. - Government Buyer: - Lee County Board of County Commissioners - Managed by the Lee County Procurement Management Department - Scope of Work: - Cleaning, desilting, and video inspection of reinforced concrete and corrugated metal stormwater pipes - Application of CIPP lining to pipes of various diameters: 15", 18", 24", 36", and 72" - Mobilization, maintenance of traffic, and erosion control measures - Products/Services Requested: - CIPP lining for 15" RCP (232 linear feet) - CIPP lining for 18" RCP (287 linear feet) - CIPP lining for 24" CMP (76 linear feet) - CIPP lining for 36" CMP (630 linear feet) - CIPP lining for 72" CMP (186 linear feet) - Pipe cleaning/desilting and video inspection (1,411 linear feet each) - Mobilization, traffic maintenance, and erosion control (1 each) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs are mandated - Alternate lining systems such as OBIC 5000 Structural Polyurethane Hybrid Coating and PVC Fold & Form Liners (meeting ASTM F 1817-24) are proposed for consideration - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with E-Verify, background screening, insurance, trench safety, and various affidavits/disclosures - Bidders may propose alternate lining systems if they meet technical standards - All technical specifications and bid documents are available on the Lee County procurement portal

Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to clean, view, and apply Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) on multiple reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) and corrugated metal pipes (CMP) located in North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres, Florida. The solicitation requires submission of sealed bids either electronically or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Director's office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office.
