Description

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued a notice of authorization for continued operation of the Ashuelot River Hydro project. This authorization allows Ashuelot River Hydro, Inc. to operate the Minnewawa Hydroelectric Project under the terms and conditions of the prior license. The annual license is effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, or until a new license is issued or other disposition under the Federal Power Act occurs.
