This is a source(s) sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 561210 – Facilities Support Service.

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23/RPO Central of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing a Service Agreement to provide inspection, testing and maintenance of the fire, smoke, and combination fire/smoke dampers for the VA BHHCS hospitals in Fort Meade and Hot Springs, South Dakota as required in the attached statement of work (SOW).

The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
