This notice pertains to the authorization for the continued operation of the Fellows Dam Hydroelectric Project No. 9648 by One Hundred River Street, LLC. The annual license is issued effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, or until the issuance of a new license or other disposition under the Federal Power Act. The authorization allows continued project operation under the terms and conditions of the prior license. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission oversees this authorization.
