The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking proposals for IBM Doors Requirements Management Tool (version 9.7) training services. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), PD - MMC (Administration) - OEM Highlight: - IBM is the sole OEM referenced, as the training is specifically for IBM Doors software - Vendors: - Open to suppliers from NATO nations with certified IBM Doors instructors - Products/Services Requested: - IBM Doors Basic User Training (Foundation) - For up to 40 attendees (max 10 per class) - Covers interface navigation, requirements creation, linking, baselines, reporting, change management, and collaboration - Includes hands-on workshops, assessments, and certification - IBM Doors General Administration Training - For up to 10 attendees (max 10 per class) - Covers architecture, user management, module configuration, advanced views, link module administration, version management, DXL scripting, import/export, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Includes hands-on workshops, assessments, and certification - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training delivered in English, modular structure - May be held at contractor premises, online, or at NSPA premises - Contractor must provide IBM Doors licenses and IT infrastructure as needed - Trainers must be certified IBM Doors (Classic) instructors with at least five years of experience and a proven track record in multinational environments - Training must include theoretical and practical exercises, periodic reviews, and certification upon completion - Contractor to provide training materials, user guides, digital recordings (for online sessions), and completion certificates - Training must be completed within two months of contract award - Travel and subsistence for trainers to NSPA premises reimbursed at cost (excluded from evaluation)
