Description

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the replacement of the existing concrete entrance ramp and asphalt parking lot outside of Building 65/66 at the Department of Corrections, 5th District Fort Des Moines, located at 68 Thayer Street, Des Moines, Iowa. Construction is anticipated to begin on April 12, 2027, and end on June 3, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically via the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System by 2:00 pm on August 27, 2026, and must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026, and questions or substitution requests must be submitted by August 14, 2026.
