Description

The City of Salinas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to assess existing systems, workflows, organizational needs, and future objectives to determine whether a standalone Permitting and Licensing System or an ERP solution best aligns with the City's operational and strategic goals. The assessment includes input from all City departments and considers the existing legacy system environment, including Trakit by CentralSquare and ProjectDox by Avolve. The consultant will support the development and management of the RFP process, proposal evaluation, vendor demonstrations, and selection recommendations. Optional implementation support may be provided in a second phase.
