TARC has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain bids from qualified bidders to furnish and deliver bulk oils, lubricants, fluids, antifreeze, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), grease, and related products for use by TARC’s Maintenance Department. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract for an initial term of two years with three additional one-year option terms exercisable at TARC’s discretion. Bidders must submit pricing for the initial two-year term only, with pricing for option years subject to review and negotiation. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the lowest evaluated cost for the initial two-year term.
