This project involves the interior demolition of approximately 14,000 square feet of space including labs and offices at SUNY ESF. The scope includes construction of new labs, offices, and support spaces with new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, fire alarm, IT, walls, doors, and finishes for a complete interior renovation. Plans will be available after July 27, 2026, and a project walk-through is scheduled for August 5, 2026. Bids are due by August 26, 2026, and work is to be completed within 485 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
