Description
The Washington County Land Holding Corporation, operating as the Washington County Land Bank, is seeking proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform annual financial audits for three consecutive fiscal years. The first audit will be the Land Bank's first annual independent audit. The selected firm will audit the Land Bank's annual financial statements, review internal financial controls, identify material weaknesses or significant deficiencies, prepare required audit reports and management communications, and present the final audit to the Board of Directors or Audit Committee. The firm must provide final audit documents suitable for submission through the New York State Public Authorities Reporting Information System. The contract term is three years, subject to annual Board approval, satisfactory performance, and continued funding.
