Description

This project involves replacing existing storefront systems entirely, including aluminum framing, entrance doors, door hardware, and glazing at SUNY Binghamton. The work includes modifications and reconnections to card access, security, and related building systems. A new vestibule will be constructed at the first-floor rear entrance of the Couper Administration Building, including architectural, structural, and systems integration work. Hazardous material abatement is also part of the scope. Plans are available after July 27, 2026, and a project walk-through is scheduled for August 3, 2026.
