Description

The Washington County Land Holding Corporation, operating as the Washington County Land Bank, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks setup, and outsourced controller services. The selected firm will establish and maintain the Land Bank's QuickBooks accounting system, perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, track grants and property costs, assist with annual budgets, and prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors. The firm will also support annual Public Authorities Reporting Information System reporting and prepare financial records for the Land Bank's independent annual audit. The contract term is three years, subject to annual Board approval, satisfactory performance, and continued funding.
