SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) is seeking an MWBE Certified firm to provide janitorial supplies as listed in the attached excel sheet. This procurement is limited to New York State Business Certified firms pursuant to Article 15-A and 17-B of New York State Executive Law. The contract term is one year, and the procurement is a discretionary authority under State Finance law 163 (3) and NYS Education Law 355 (5). The solicitation includes MWBE goals of 100% for both MBE and WBE, with no SDVOB or DBE goals.
