Description

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYS DMV) intends to award a contract under discretionary authority up to $1,500,000 to partner with an OPEX re-seller for the purchase of six Model 72 Mail Openers. This procurement is pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), allowing purchases without a formal competitive process from NYS certified MWBE businesses or businesses selling recycled or remanufactured commodities.
