The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Center Divisions, including the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), are seeking comprehensive educational services from academic institutions or organizations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Warfare Center Divisions (WFCs), including Naval Surface and Undersea Warfare Centers - Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), NUWCDIVNPT - Products/Services Requested: - Hosting 10-12 annual conferences, symposia, research workshops, and executive briefings for WFC personnel - 24/7 web access to a video archive of past events, including presentations and supporting materials - 24/7 web access to a research database with faculty expertise, project abstracts, and links to faculty web pages in technical fields - Designation of an Academic Coordinator to facilitate at least 400 engagement hours per year per WFC site - Educational services delivered at multiple locations: Carderock, Newport, Keyport, Panama City, and two additional WFC sites (TBD) - Quarterly reporting and technical approach addressing all service elements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must cover a broad range of technical areas: surface and undersea warfare, engineering, mathematics, sciences, management, and emerging technologies - Contractor must be able to provide access to faculty experts and maintain robust web-based resources - NAICS code 611310 (Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools) applies; opportunity is set aside for small businesses (up to 500 employees) - Firm Fixed Price contract with base year and four option years - Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror - No specific OEMs or commercial product manufacturers are named in the solicitation.
