The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Center is seeking information from vendors for the development of an accredited, web-based Continuing Medical Education (CME) training curriculum on substandard and falsified (SF) medical products. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Center - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the request - Requested Services: - Design and development of an accredited CME course for healthcare providers (physicians, pharmacists, nurses) - Curriculum must meet ACCME standards - Deliverables include: - Four instructional modules - Assessment tools - Reference guides - Course deployment on an ACCME-accredited CME platform - Administrative management of CME credit-awarding process - Ongoing technical support - Unique Requirements: - Course must be web-based and accessible to healthcare professionals - Integration with an ACCME-accredited CME platform is required - Focus on identification, reporting, and management of counterfeit, substandard, and falsified pharmaceuticals and medical devices - Vendors must demonstrate experience in CME course development and delivery - No products, part numbers, or hardware are specified; the opportunity is focused entirely on educational service development and delivery

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather details on vendor capabilities, relevant experience, and potential solutions for development of this course that would inform HSI contracting decisions. Please note that this RFI is for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to contract. For more detail of this requirement, please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
