Description

U.S. Embassy Dhaka in Bangladesh is issuing this combined synopsis and solicitation for water distiller spare parts. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. The solicitation number is PR16021858. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.  The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The Embassy will accept offers for the requested brand names or equal products. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the goods offered meet the requested specifications. We intend to award a contract based on an initial quote, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.
