Clark County is soliciting submittals from firms qualified to provide temporary staffing for elections systems support and project coordination. The county will select five firms to form a qualifying list from which the Elections Department will request quotes in descending order of ranking. This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is intended to receive submittals from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019. A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 29, 2026, via Webex. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Clark County Bonfire Portal by August 20, 2026.
