This opportunity is for commercial laundry services in support of a U.S. Army exercise in Peru. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Center Americas - U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or named vendors are identified; the requirement is for service provision, not branded products - Products/Services Requested: - Laundry services for up to 850 bundles (each up to 35 lbs) at the Peruvian Army Jungle School, Sauce, Peru - Services include pickup, washing (with fragrance-free soap), drying, folding, tagging, inventory documentation, and drop-off - Laundry must be returned within 48 hours of pickup - Four scheduled pickup and delivery events during the contract period - Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance required for all services performed outside the U.S. - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Strict liability for lost or damaged items - 100% accountability and tagging of all laundry bundles - Use of fragrance-free soap only - Background checks required for all contractor personnel - Option to extend services up to 6 months - All services must comply with the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Description

Contractor shall provide non-personal services to the Government with laundry services at the locations and dates specified in Table 1. The contractor shall accomplish services in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
