Description

The Ministry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security (MCURES) seeks an experienced vendor to redevelop 33 legacy business applications of the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) from IBM AS400 platform technologies to modern Java and Oracle on Linux. The project includes reverse engineering the existing applications to generate functional specifications, re-engineering the business modules, integrating the new solution with existing OSAP applications, providing post-production support, and delivering training prior to go-live. The redeveloped applications will be hosted in Go-Cloud. This is a services procurement with an estimated contract duration of 36 months.
