Lea County Treasurer's Office is seeking proposals for a modern Treasury Management System to support property tax billing, collection, cashiering, delinquency management, reporting, financial integration, and public access. The system must integrate with the County Assessor's Catalis Tax & CAMA system, Esri GIS, and the County's online payment gateway. The contract is a multi-term agreement with an initial term of 5 years and an option to renew for an additional 5 years.
