The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking bids for two new, unused 2027 full-size SUV police pursuit vehicles (PPV) for use at San Diego International Airport. - Government Buyer: - San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, Procurement Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Chevrolet (referenced as the OEM for the Tahoe 2WD 4dr Commercial (9C1) Police Pursuit Vehicle) - Equivalent models from other OEMs may be proposed if they meet or exceed all requirements - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) new/unused 2027 full-size SUV police pursuit vehicles (PPV) - Reference model: Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD 4dr Commercial (9C1) Police Pursuit Vehicle - Must meet California State and Federal safety, emissions, and noise standards - Required features: heavy-duty police-rated suspension, 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine, 10-speed automatic transmission, police brakes, and other equipment as detailed in the specifications - Each vehicle must be delivered with four (4) programmed keys (two additional keys per vehicle) - Delivery and installation services, including all labor, offloading, DMV registration, taxes, and shipping to San Diego International Airport - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be new and unused, delivered with full fuel tanks - All accessories and equipment packages as specified must be included - Bidders proposing alternatives to the referenced OEM must provide documentation demonstrating equivalency - Compliance with equal opportunity and small business preference policies is required - All costs (including DMV fees, taxes, and installation) must be included in the bid

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking bids from suppliers to provide two new/unused 2027 full-size SUV police pursuit vehicles. The procurement includes all labor, materials, accessories, equipment, incidentals, offloading, installation, DMV registration fees, and shipping/delivery to the San Diego International Airport. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2026, and bids are due by August 12, 2026. Bidders must be registered vendors on the Authority's website to participate and receive addenda notices.
