Hempstead County, Arkansas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for professional design services for capital improvements to the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center. The project is funded by a voter-approved bond issue and will use the Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) delivery method.
