The San Bernardino Municipal Water Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional multi-disciplinary engineering services for the evaluation of the RIX Facility to produce a comprehensive Master Plan. This plan will establish a technical and strategic framework for sustaining facility performance, addressing aging infrastructure, optimizing operations under changing flow and loading conditions, and ensuring continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The contract period is from Notice to Proceed plus 62 calendar weeks. The estimated contract value is $600,000.
