Description
The San Bernardino Municipal Water Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional multi-disciplinary engineering services for the evaluation of the RIX Facility to produce a comprehensive Master Plan. This plan will establish a technical and strategic framework for sustaining facility performance, addressing aging infrastructure, optimizing operations under changing flow and loading conditions, and ensuring continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
