Description
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and insulation in its entirety at the Utah Valley University Woodbury Business Building. The project includes associated flashing systems, metal cap flashing systems, new perimeter edge flashing and fascia, and a new cover board with a mechanically attached single-ply membrane roofing system. Pedestrian safety barriers and fencing are also included in the project scope as defined by the contract documents. The construction cost estimate is $390,000.00, and only roofing firms pre-qualified during Stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project.
