Description

The State of Montana, Department of Corrections, is seeking a contractor to implement a modernized Offender Management System (OMS). The scope includes project management, business transformation, requirements analysis, configuration, customization, data migration, integration with other systems, testing, training, cutover, stabilization, transition, operations, maintenance, and enhancements. The solution requested is a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) with possible customization. Training and knowledge transfer to State staff are required throughout the implementation and operation phases.
