The City of Camden Department of Planning & Development is seeking proposals from qualified companies to administer and manage the Camden Strong UEZ Commercial Improvement Program. This program promotes exterior and interior improvements to commercial businesses in Camden’s business corridors by providing up to $75,000 per business in forgivable loans for rehabilitation projects. The total program budget is $750,000, which is expected to cover improvements for approximately 10-15 businesses.
