This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and Crisis Management Services (CMS) for the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Niagara Regional Police Services, and Niagara Transit Commission.
