Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VASNHCS) located 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304-1290 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended contractor is Signos, INC., 937 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, California 94306-2516, United States. VAPAHCS is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Signos, INC. for Continuous Glucose Monitoring System technology with an AI driven mobile application platform as a potential non pharmacological intervention to support weight management and metabolic health among Veterans. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 518210 Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting and Related Services.
