Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. 

This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR part 12, where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q1130.   This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.  The Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) FAR Deviation APR 2026 (eff. 04/23/2026) VAAR DEVIATION MAY 2026 (eff. 05/12/2026) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025). This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.  The FSC/PSC is 6520.    The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 at 2595 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, LA  is seeking to purchase an Oil- Free Rotary Scroll Dental Air Compressor.
