The District of North Vancouver is seeking a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive sidewalk inspection and network condition assessment of approximately 200 kilometres of sidewalk infrastructure within the municipal boundaries. The project aims to develop a current, defensible condition inventory of sidewalk assets, identify defects impacting safety, accessibility, and serviceability, and integrate assessment data into the District's asset management and GIS systems.
