Description
The Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the CDBG-DR Oakfield Palafox Stormwater Upgrades project. The project involves approximately 6,200 linear feet of improvements along the Palafox Street corridor and associated improvements on nearby streets and the West Oakfield Pond facility. Construction includes roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, stormwater drainage system improvements, utility relocation and replacement, sanitary sewer system upgrades, sidewalk enhancements, and rehabilitation of the West Oakfield Pond stormwater facility. The project is part of long-term recovery efforts following Hurricane Sally, funded by HUD through the CDBG-DR Program.
