Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams to complete the Base Phase (Pre-NEPA) of the City of Palmdale's SS4A 20th Street East Corridor Improvement Project. The scope includes project management, community and stakeholder engagement, safety analysis, development and evaluation of improvement alternatives, preliminary engineering, environmental scoping, and preparation of a Project Report. The work is limited to preliminary design before NEPA completion, excluding final design, right-of-way acquisition, utility relocation, construction documents, construction, and construction support unless separately authorized. Selection will be qualifications-based following federal, State, and City requirements.
