The City of Norfolk is seeking qualified educational providers to offer discounted educational services and benefits such as tuition discounts, price matching, waived application/registration fees, or credit for prior experience to City employees. Courses must align with the employee's current position or a reasonable job opportunity within the City and be offered by accredited providers.
