Description

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to construct a new ADA compliant boardwalk with a small observation deck at the end. The project also includes building a new 5-foot wide sidewalk from the roadway to the boardwalk. Bids must be submitted electronically or as sealed paper submissions by 2:00 pm on September 3, 2026. The project cannot begin until after the 2026 turtle nesting season ends on October 31, 2026, and bids must include proof of a Florida Contractor's License.
