Description

The Town of Christiansburg is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a new prefabricated concrete building at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The building will house a boiler and heat exchanger unit and include digester gas piping, sludge piping, lighting, HVAC, site civil work such as paving and grading, buried piping, electrical work, process instrumentation, SCADA integration, and modifications to piping and valves in the existing Digester Building. Bids are due by 2:00 PM local time on August 27, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 6, 2026.
